Kateri Stanley is a UK based dark fiction writer. She's been a lover of the imaginary world ever since she can remember. Growing up, she was inspired by the wondrous mediums of books, music, TV and film. During school, university and work, Kateri was always penning a short story, some fan-fiction, a radio script or a novel behind the scenes.

In December 2020, she signed her first writing contract with Darkstroke Books and her debut novel, FORGIVE ME was published.

Since then, she has continued to write, create and publish more stories. Kateri plans on releasing other books for different genres under another name but she's keeping that under wraps for now.

When she's not writing, she can be found participating in a Netflix marathon, eating chocolate and playing the occasional video game. She also lives with her partner and their two cats, surrounded by DVDs, books and notepads.
